Our most comprehensive survey, recommended for older, larger or non-standard properties, or any home requiring renovation. Provides a detailed analysis of structure, materials and defects, with advice on repair options and estimated costs.
We provide RICS-compliant independent valuations for a range of purposes including Market Value, Probate, Matrimonial/Divorce proceedings, and Help to Buy redemption. Each report is prepared by an AssocRICS qualified surveyor and is fully recognised by lenders, solicitors and courts. Can be combined with a Level 2 or Level 3 survey.
